| Blue Topaz (Goluboy Topaz)
The business class 17-storey residential building Goluboy Topaz was completed in 2007 in the city of Volgograd. This building houses apartments with enhanced comfort. The building total area amounts to 18,793 m2. This project was awarded the title "Best Project 2006" in a competition organized by the leading media in Volgograd. | | Krasnodar, Kharkovskaya
This residential building was completed in 2007 in Krasnodar on ulitsa Kharkovskaya. Its total area amounts to 10,500 m2. This is the first building leased by OOO Peresvet-Region, and it was built in a record time – 1 year. In March 2006, as a result of a competitive tender launched for the reconstruction of the historical center of the city, the company obtained the right to build 8 city quarters. This building is intended for the resettlement of inhabitants living in dilapidated quarters due to be re-built. | | Krasnodar, Sormovskaya
This 16-storey building was built as part of a program of reconstruction of the center of the city. Inhabitants of the city living in dilapidated homes will be resettled into this complex. |
