The construction of the elite residential complex Tsaritsyn Ostrov should be completed in the second quarter of 2012. This complex will be built in Volgograd on ulitsa Bureyskaya. Its total area will amount to 50,000 m2. This project gained recognition at the exhibition “Best Project in Russia”, which was held in November 2006 in the State Duma of the Russian Federation. The 3.9 ha construction site for this project is located by the river Tsaritsa. This project is particularly interesting on account of the fact that the six residential buildings with various storey-heights are located on a huge platform, which looks like an island fully repeating the landscape.

The construction of the business class residential complex Razinskie Chelny is currently being undertaken in the city of Volgograd on ulitsa Pugachevskaya. The total area of this complex amounts to 50,000 m2. Construction works should be completed in the first quarter of 2011. The architects have conceived this residential complex as three buildings with various storey-heights a single stylobate base. Thanks to the shape of the spacious bay-windows, this complex will look like a sailboat.
