The company Peresvet-Invest has received the construction permit for the gas main to be built in the cottage village FreeDom

The group of companies Peresvet-Group has received the construction permit for the outdoor high pressure gas main to be built in the cottage village FreeDom. The equipment and material necessary for the construction of this infrastructure development are currently being bought.

The business class cottage village FreeDom is located in the north-west of the Moscow Region in Krasnogorskiy district, 12.5 km from the MKAD along Volokolamskoe shosse and 28 km along Novorizhskoe shosse. The total area of this project amounts to 38.49 ha. The village consists of 138 plots with an area ranging from 1,500 m2 to 3,000 m2.

The plot prices depend on their location and they start from 500,000 rubles for 100 m2. As a present, buyers of plots receive a plan for their cottage, which was specially devised for FreeDom. The project offered may be a cottage in a French, English, German or even Russian country style.

Despite its proximity to the capital, Krasnogorskiy district is one of the most beautiful and clean area in the Moscow Region. The good environmental conditions of the area are due and maintained by numerous woodlands. In the east and south, FreeDom is surrounded by mixed forest (Opalikhovskoe forest area). The river Lipka runs nearby. A small picturesque pond is located on the eastern border of the village in a clearing beyond the woods. 

Particular attention has been paid to the landscaping in the cottage village FreeDom. Recreational and entertainment areas have been designed. FreeDom will benefit from its own infrastructure, which will include a shopping center, a chemist, a sport and health center, a restaurant, a children’s play club, a beauty salon, and a dry cleaner.

The site is fenced in and the village security is provided by round-the-clock surveillance.
