The complex MASSIV to produce complete sets of MHM pre-fabricated wooden houses
The wood complex MASSIV (part of the group of companies Peresvet-Group) is launching a new line of complete sets of pre-fabricated low-rise wooden houses designed with the German technology Massiv-Holz-Mauer (MHM). This new production will be available from June 2010 onwards.
Currently, the new equipment supplied by leading German companies such as Weinig, Grecon, Hundegger, and Waco is being delivered. Future production will amount to 40,000 m2 of residential premises per year and will be sold on the markets of the Moscow Region, as well as Central and Southern District of Russia.
The German technology Massiv-Holz-Mauer (MHM) allows building high-quality and environmentally friendly housing in the shortest possible time, thus meeting the main requirements of modern suburban markets. Houses built using MHM technology are erected with solid wooden walls with a thickness of up to 340 mm. The great speed of assembly (50-80 m2 per day) considerably decreases the construction time for low-rise houses down to one week (excluding the time necessary for foundations and finishing).
The main advantage of wooden houses is their low construction cost and they only need final finishing works. The category and cost of housing depend on the country house project as MHM technology allows building houses of any category, from multi-apartment blocks to elite estate or townhouses.
MHM complete sets are not the only product of the wood complex MASSIV. The company already produces molded products of German quality. The complex maximum output amounts to 10,500 m3 of products per month. The wood complex MASSIV is located in the Voronezh Region, in the village of Sloboda and altogether it will employ about 100 professionals. |
