New sales conditions for the new developments of the company Peresvet-Invest: Time to subtract and multiply
September is the time not only to subtract from, but also to multiply one’s capital by buying affordable residential properties in Moscow. In September, the group of companies Peresvet-Group announced new sales conditions whereby 10 percent are deduced from the apartment prices in the company’s new developments.
Buyers will also be offered the possibility to pay in installments when their initial deposit amounts to 50% of the property price, as well as a special mortgage program of up to 3 years. The offer applies to the following Moscow properties of the group of companies Peresvet-Group:
Residential estate on Novokuzminskaya - 24-storey solid-cast brick building on ulitsa 1-ya Novokuzminskaya, 11 with 138 1- to 3-room apartments. The apartment areas range from 47 to 117.8 m2. Each apartment comes with a glazed loggia in an unusual rounded shape. The estate also benefits from an underground car park for 138 vehicles.
Residential estate Petrovskiy Park - 19-storey solid-cast brick building on ulitsa Verkhnyaya Maskovka, 23, 25 with 204 1- to 6-room open-plan apartments. The apartment areas range from 50 to 247.9 m2. The upper floors house two-leveled apartments. The estate also benefits from an underground car park for 180 vehicles, as well as a visitor car park for 33 vehicles.
Residential estate Alekseevskiy is located on ulitsa Malomoskovskaya. This estate consists of 2 buildings of 16-storey and 22-storey with 142 1- to 4-room open plan apartments.
