New developments in Lyubertsy and Lytkarino – discounts of up to 700,000

The group of companies Peresvet-Group launches a promotional action to celebrate the company’s birthday. Up to 14% of discount will be offered in the new developments of Lyubertsy and Lytkarino. During this promotional action, buyers will be able to save up to 700,000 rubles. The construction stage of these modern solid-cast brick buildings is very advanced.  The solid-cast frames have been erected, while the wall bricklaying is under way.

These new developments have been accredited by Sberbank of the Russian Federation. Buyers, who want to purchase an apartment with a loan, will be able to use special mortgages from this leading Russian bank. The interest rates range from 13.5% and 15.5% per annum. The minimum initial deposit is set at 30% of the apartment price, while the maximum mortgage period is set at 30 years.
Buyers will also be offered loans in rubles from AKB Peresvet.  When a buyer pays 50% of the apartment price, he could benefit from a loan for the remaining amount for a period of up to 2 years with an interest rate of 16% per annum with income confirmation or 19% per annum without income confirmation. It is possible to repay the loan at any time, but no later than the repayment deadline.
