From 5 to 15% reduction on new developments in the Moscow Region

September is the month of good reductions. Apartment prices in new developments of the group of companies Peresvet-Group in the Moscow Region have been reduced by 5 to 15%. When paying 70% of an apartment in the company’s new developments in the Moscow Region, buyers may benefit from installment payment for a period of 6 months. Mortgages from Peresvet Bank are set for a period of 2 years, while those of Sberbank are set for up to 30 years. This offer applies to the following properties of the group of companies Peresvet-Group in the town of Lytkarino, Lyubertsy, Dzerzhinskiy and Nakhabino settlement.

A reduction of 10% applies to the business class residential estate Palitra in Nakhabino settlement with a further 5% discount for Krasnogorskiy District residents.

The residential estate Palitra is located in Krasnogorskiy District in the North-West of the Moscow Region. This estate consists of 6 17-storey solid-cast brick buildings.
