Cottage community FreeDom situated 12 km away from the MKAD along Volokolamskoe Shosse

Greater Moscow has become affordable since September’s special offer from the group of companies Peresvet-Group. The company offers land plots in the business class cottage community FreeDom for 12,000 dollars per 100 m2.

The cottage community FreeDom is located in the North-West of the Moscow Region in Krasnogorskiy district, 12.5 km from the MKAD along Volokolamskoe Shosse. The total area of this project amounts to 38.49 ha and the community consists of 138 land plots with areas ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 m2.

Currently, central utilities are being laid in the cottage community, where the external high-pressure supply line is being built. A general contract for electrification was concluded and commissioning of the storm drain purification equipment will be carried out, while supply cables from the electric sub-stations will be laid.

Land plots from FreeDom are sold without contracts. A cottage design specially devised for FreeDom is offered to land plot buyers. It may be a design in French, English or German style or that of a Russian country house.

The North-West districts benefit from eco-friendly environment compounded by numerous woodlands and favorable prevailing winds that protect them from the capital’s harmful emissions. FreeDom is surrounded by mixed forest on the east and south (Opalikhovskoe forest) and the River Lipka runs nearby. There is also a picturesque pond on the eastern border of the community in a clearing beyond the forest.
