A new residential estate to be built in the town of Dzerzhinskiy

The group of companies Peresvet-Group has begun the construction of a new business class residential estate on ulitsa Lenina in the town of Dzerzhinskiy in the Moscow Region. Currently, the general contractor is undertaking the preparation of the construction site.

The total area of the property amounts to 28,665.3 m2. The 17-storey building consists of 2 sections with 224 apartments, from one to three rooms. The project also includes a 2-level underground car park for 190 vehicles.

A mini-market, a chemist’, a bank, a café, and a beauty salon will be housed in the 978.8 m2 of non-residential premises on the ground floor of the building. College No.3, pre-school institutions, the cultural center Energetikov, the swimming pool Neva, and the city market are located at a walking distance from the estate.

The residential estate is located on one of the main streets of the city. It is also close to the park-forest Tomilinskiy, to a pool with sandy beaches, and to the ski complex Freestyle.

The town of Dzerzhinskiy is located in Lyuberetskiy district 1.5 km away from the MKAD, which provides for great transport accessibility both in personal and public means of transport.

The residential estate should be completed in the third quarter of 2011.
