The construction of the residential complex Cascade was completed in the first quarter of 2008. The construction site area amounts to 3.15 ha, while the total area of the complex amounts to 189,200 m2. The project also includes the construction of a car park for 1,7000 vehicles. The area of the residential premises amounts to 78,720 m2, and the area of non-residential premises amounts to 13,970 m2. The conception is based on a unique and modern resolution of development of the areas between the buildings specially designed to allow for walks, children's playgrounds, and numerous service enterprises.
