| Odintsovo, Mozhayskoe shosse
The construction of a solid-cast brick residential complex was completed in 2006 in the town of Odintsovo, Mozhayskoe shosse, 112 А. This 17-storey building consists of 4 sections with 1, 2, 3-bedroom apartments. The layout particularity lies in the spacious glazed verandas (winter gardens) and loggias. Additional elements of comfort are provided by a two-level underground car park, retail premises and service centers, storerooms for commercial use in the basement. | | Town of Pavlovskiy Posad in the micro-district Pokrovskiy
This project consists in the all-round development of a micro-district of 7 buildings and 2 panel 15-storey buildings already erected. These buildings include 1-, 2-, 3-room apartments with functional lay-outs. The estate provides its own infrastructure: a kindergarten, a children’s craft center, a shopping center, and 2 shops. Additionally, the residents may also use the district infrastructure which is at walking distance and includes: a large shopping center (“City Center”), shops, Yuzhniy market, a school, a kindergarten, and a park. The apartments are equipped with new engineering systems and utilities.

The company has been acting as a selling agent for the residential complex Gorki-Favorite in the village of Gorki 10 in Odintsovskiy District on Rublevo-Uspenskoe shosse. The Management Company Savings and Investments (Sberezheniya i Investitsii), a strategic partner of the group of companies, is one of the investors in this project. The residential complex Gorki-Favorite is a solid-cast brick residential building with 6 sections and variable storey height (14 to 16 floors). The project also includes an underground car park and landscaping of the sites between the buildings with children's playground, sports and leisure zones, and visitors' car park. Infrastructure facilities will be located on the basement and on the ground floor. A scenic view of the Moskva River opens up from the 4th floor through the windows on the west front of the building. Due to its appealing architecture, the building stands out from the neighboring development.

A 17-storey panel brick-lined residential building was completed in 2004 in the town of Lyubertsy, Oktyabr'skiy prospekt, 18. The total area of this building amounts to 9,900 m2. Enterprises of social infrastructure occupy the first floor of the building, which is situated in a new micro-district adjacent to the Moscow district Zhulebino. The construction of the underground station Pronskaya is planned in the vicinity. The panel building series P-111M situated in Lytkarino town, on Pervomayskaya street, 21 A. It was completed in 2005. This new 17-storey building consists of three sections. Its total area amounts to 13,876 m2 with 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. Lytkarino is a small and relaxed town on the left bank of the River Moskva in the south-east greenbelt of the capital. The construction of a 10-storey solid-cast brick building with 6 sections was completed in the middle of 2005 at the following address: town of Lytkarino, ulitsa Stepana Stepanova, 4. Its total area amounts to 27,068 m2. Lytkarino is a small and relaxed town on the left bank of the River Moskva in the south-east greenbelt of the capital. The town presents many historical monuments such as the Petrovskiy Mansion, Lytkarino Mansion, and ancient churches. Lake Volkushinskoe with its spring waters and sandy beaches is the favorite resting place of the town inhabitants. | | Town of Zelenograd, settlement of Andreevka
Since 2003 the company has been building a micro-district of 7 buildings in Andreevka settlement (next to Zelenograd) adjacent to the 14th and 15th micro-districts of Zelenograd. To support the micro-district and the settlement, new engineering infrastructure facilities were built, while others were refurbished. Built-in and built-on premises in the micro-district will house service enterprises and offices.

The construction of panel residential buildings was completed in 2002 in the town of Balashikha on ulitsa Solnechnaya, 22 and ulitsa Solnechnaya, 23. The total area of this project amounts to 22,000 m2. The 15-storey building 22 consists of 3 sections, while the 17-storey building 23 consists of 2 sections. Balashikha is the largest town in the region. It is located 25 km away from Moscow and 5 km away from the MKAD. Thanks to its unique nature and architecture, Balashikha is known as the pearl of the Moscow Region. | | Lyubertsy, Kirova street

The infrastructure in this micro-district is as developed as the one in the bedroom communities of the capital. Lyubertsy is one of the strongest satellites of Moscow. |
