In 1999 the marketing department of ZAO Peresvet-Invest carried out an analysis of the market of new developments in the Moscow Region. In 2000 as a result of this analysis the department of sales in the Moscow Region was created within the Department of Real Estate in the Moscow Region and as part of the company Peresvet-Invest.
