The company Peresvet-Invest was founded in 1995. The group of companies Peresvet-Group was formed as a result of reorganization. The group of companies operates in all segments of residential and commercial real estate markets providing full cycle professional development services. Peresvet-Group is a holding structure headed by the Management Company Peresvet-Invest. Currently, the portfolio of the group of companies consists in approximately 2 million square meters of completed and on-going projects. The emblem projects of the company are Tikhomirovo, the residential complex Cascade, the retail and office center Gimeney. In 2007 the total volume of investments in development projects amounted to 143 billion rubles and in 2008 25 residential and commercial projects were launched in the Russian Federation and in the CIS.
Currently, under the management of Oleg Valentinovich Pronin, the group of companies Peresvet-Group is building the office complex Peresvet-Plaza designed by the architect Zaha Hadid, the residential complex VERSIS, the residential complex Izumrudniy in Saratov, the country village of GemIlye with a unique architectural conception.
In the next few years the development goal of the group of companies Peresvet-Group will consist in a switch to a new business model, which will allow the company to consolidate its position as a national developer. Geographically the development of projects will be undertaken mainly in large and medium cities in Ciscaucasian Russia. The potential geographical coverage thus amounts to over 25 cities in Russia. Business class and premium class residential properties constitute the main bulk of the company’s project development portfolio.
